Where did the issue occur? Returning to the lobby after a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. We had just won a match and was moving to the lobby after seeing how much experience I had gained

What happens when the bug occurs? I receive experience points and it acknowledges that my battle pass has leveled up, but it is stuck at level 5
What should be happening instead? I should have leveled up several times
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just try to level up. No matter how many challenges I complete or experience I gain during matches. It say after the match that I have gained a new battle pass level, but then the level stays at 5
