Protection Up from Moff Gideon won't convert to Courage

Summarize your bug Under Padme lead, when Moff Gideon uses "Control the Situation", he gives all Support allies Protection Up 100%. Normally, Padme would convert this to Courage (20 stacks), but on her turn she loses all of the Protection Up and gains zero Courage. Not just Padme, but Galactic Republic do not gain any Courage from Moff Gideon's Protection Up, even though they lose all of it on their turn.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Under Padme lead, run Moff Gideon and use his Control the Situation ability. You'll see the Protection Up dispel off of any Galactic Republic Support allies but not get converted into Courage.

Under Padme lead, when Moff Gideon uses "Control the Situation", he gives all Support allies Protection Up 100%. Not just Padme, but Galactic Republic do not gain any Courage from Moff Gideon's Protection Up, even though they lose all of it on their turn.

Issue must be with Moff Gideon's Protection Up, since other Protection Up still gets converted.

This has been reported before. The problem is that Padmé only looks for Protection Up up to 50%. I have no idea on if they are working on this or the status.
