I recently purchased a data pack for my son's iPad that never showed up in his game. For reference, he has his own AppleID and has to "request permission" and I approve the purchase from my iOS device/AppleID. A request to "restore purchases" yields no results to his inbox as stated it would. He believes the data pack was called "dark side pack" and $4.99.
How can I:
1) find/restore this purchase, or
2) be refunded the money, and
3) purchase the pack again for the promotion price?

As you had already attempted to restore the purchase, you will need contact an EA advisor for further support as outlined here so they can look into this for you and your son: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-to-contact-support-for-star-wars-galaxy-of-heroes/
