In Grand Arena Championships, I have been promoted to Chromium League in Division 2, but the related feat still show as incomplete.

Have you already restarted the game? That should update the feat correctly.

I have this problem too.  I got promoted when my defense auto deployed for round 3. When I logged in I got the promotion splash screen for promotion,  but no awards and the feat still shows incomplete.  I've rebooted several times and no luck,  I'm still stuck on the feat.
