Prologue car not going faster than 3-4 km/h (2mph) [ Edited ]

Summarize your bug I can't play the prologue because the car wont go faster than 3-4 km/h. I tried restarting the game and my computer and also tried to play with the keyboard but still does not work. In Origin I also klicked on "repair" but still not working.

Try removing any other input peripherals you may have attached such as joysticks, guitar hero controllers etc.

So I posted the same thing in the bug report section however It may also be a technical issue... --> Prologue car not going faster than 3-4 km/h (2mph)

I can't play the prologue because the car wont go faster than 3-4 km/h. (The very first mission of the prologue with the electric car.)
I tried restarting the game and my computer and also tried to play with the keyboard but still does not work.
In Origin I also clicked on "repair" but still not working.

Any ideas?

Edit: I also tested it on my HP Laptop... same there.
