Progress completely erased

My account for the star wars galaxy of heroes as been erased completely, now I lost all my progress including the money I put on the game, it seems no one can help in the app support, can you help me solve this issue because im very frustrated.

This problem was solved last week but thank for your reply.

Go through the tutorial as though you are starting a new account.  Then click on settings (gear) and log out and then back in on your old account.  It's annoying to go through the tutorial again, but you haven't lost progress.
