Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fight Profundity with Scythe, Gauntlet, and one other Imperial ship.

At the start of a battle, Scythe summons two Imperial TIE fighters. At this time, does Profundity and Gauntlet Starfighter include the summoned ships when calculating their speed?
In my opinion, the Gauntlet Starfighter should not overtake the Profundity's speed using the following calculation method.
Profundity: 194 (base speed) + 60 (6 Imperial ships) = 254
Gauntlet Starfighter: 159 (base speed) + 20 (Unique) + Additional 60 (4 Imperial ships) + 10 (Scythe's Unique) = 249
However, the Gauntlet Starfighter may move before the Profundity.
I couldn't figure out why this happens, but a possibility is if the Gauntlet Starfighter counts the Capital Ship instead of counting the summoned Imperial TIE fighters.
Profundity: 234 (4 Imperial ships)
Gauntlet Starfighter: 234 (3 Imperial ships)
Are these phenomena in accordance with the specifications? If not a bug, I would like it to be clearly stated in the game.
