Process doesn't clear after closing game causeing CPU and RAM to high Idle

★★★★ Novice

Product: Anthem
Platform:PC
Please specify your platform model. PC
AMD or Nvidia Model Number GTX 1070 8GB
Enter RAM memory size in GB 32GB
Please select your region North America
Were you on an Expedition when the issue occurred? No
Where did this issue occur? Please include menu name or in game location. When Closing the Game
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 03.28.19
Summarize your bug It happens almost every time i try to close the game. You have to go to the task manager and close the process to get it to close properly. The only way to avoid it is to exit to the main menu and then exit the game. Quitting to desktop and Alt + F4 will more often than not cause the process to stick in the task manager causing the CPU and RAM to throttle. In my case it's not too bad, only 25% of the max but someone without a monster CPU like mine is going to have issues.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Run the game for at least 30 minutes to an hour, play the game, then hit Alt+F4 or quit to desktop.
What happens when the bug occurs? The CPU and RAM are high idled
What should be happening instead? the process should be killed upon closing.

Not really sure on how to post a screenshot of the process running and the game not open.
