Problem with the cheat engine causing game to not launch

I literally cant log into the game which kinda confuses me how to answer 90% of this form lol, but the issue is that when i try and load the game there is a message coming up saying there is a problem with the cheat engine. Which makes it impossible for me to launch the game,

You should close down cheat engine, Why would you expect the games anti-cheat to allow you to play when you are running cheat engine?

I'm having the same problem, I can't launch the game and all it says is that I need to close cheat engine before the game can start, the problem lies in the fact that cheat engine, while installed on my system, is not running (not even in the process list). Also, even if it was running, that doesn't mean that you are using it to try to change values in the game. Why wouldn't I expect a program that is in no way effecting another program to block that program from running?
