Problem with receiving some Twitch prime skins, but receiving the ACLS ones.

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Logging in

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 0

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I don't recieve the skins from the twitch prime rewards, but I do recieve the rewards from the ACLS Championship.
What should be happening instead? Recieve all of the redeemed rewards.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Don't know.

Hello, I have a problem with recieve all my Twitch prime rewards. I have talked to Amazon/Twitch they said on their end all seems fine, tried EA support, and they sent me here to the forums to ask the devs/community. Basically, everything I redeem on twitch, I didn't recieve in-game. I started playing on Origin, then switched to Steam, checked. both and there are no skins. Funny thing is, I am watching the ACLS streams and the items, I recieve from there, I do recieve in-game. I just don't know what's happening and where the problem lies. Have tried unlinking and linking my accounts, in Twitch it says "successfully claimed" and when I click "Manage account" it sends me to the right EA account. I am just at a loss. Anyone have any idea what is wrong?
