Problem with death urns

I'm having an issue with the death urns. When a sim that is not from the current household (aka a visitor) and dies on the lot, the urn appears and cannot be put into inventory. Only possible to move it through Build Mode. This problem persist even if you invite the ghost to your household, it is still impossible to put the urn in the inventory. Urns from household sims can be put into inventory and can be brought on other lots.
