Problem with Ingame Music

Hi, for some reason when I logged Into my game this morning the ingame music won't play. I've gone into my settings and the option is set too off and its greyed out so I cannot turn it on. Anybody else facing this issue?

maybe it's the phone volume settings? like media is set to 0?
