Problem: SIM tickets not working right for last 2 days

SIM tickets are not being warded upon the first training of. Character for at least the last 2 days for me.  Can someone at EA look into this and credit me as well?

@bradmidi Ah, I see now.

I suspect that you just leveled up to player level 80. Once you do that, the available daily achievements change and you will need to one of these things to receive sim tickets:

1. Upgrade any of your mods - this will award 10 sim tickets.
2. Finish all other daily achievements - this will also award you sim tickets.

Where are you hoping to receive Sim tickets from?

Can you provide a bit more detail which character training you were doing?

Yes.  To date, I had been receiving 20 SIM tickets whenever i conducted the first training of that current day on any character i own, regardless of their level it seemed.  This is one of the daily achievements.  But as of two days ago, i now have not received them.  My personal player level is maxed now at 80.  My highest rank character is 7 stars and level 73.
