Product: Apex Legends

AMD or Nvidia Model Number MSI 960 Gaming 4GB
Enter RAM memory size in GB 16 GB
What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? DrangleicSouls
Please provide your squad mates' gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name if possible. DrangleicSouls
Are you using any software with an overlay? No
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? Revenant
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)? all
Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. anywhere
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. This happens at a random moment.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? 1
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Today
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? It is very strange. I had problems before with the sound on in the form of a decrease in volume during shots or I did not hear people behind me. But this was decided simply by turning off the audio loudness in the device settings and specifying the use of stereo instead of 7.1 in the settings file is mandatory. And I had no problems with the fact that the sound would quiet down and increase its volume by itself. And even now, when installing Apex from 0 and Windows from 0, I did not have any settings in the Apex file. There the value of sound_num_speakers "2" was set itself
What should be happening instead? I need a normal sound.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I just have the sound itself being made louder or quieter depending on the actions. I can do nothing, it will be louder and louder. I can shoot it will be quieter. The impression that he is broken.

I had this problem just that. I attached my apex settings file and file DxDiag

Hi @DrangleicSouls

Have you had a chance to try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that helps at all? If there's something else running on your PC that could be affecting the game volume that might help to get around it.

For more details on how to set up a Clean Boot check out the EA Help website. Let me know if you're still running into the same issues afterward. Thanks!
