But this was decided simply by turning off the audio loudness in the device settings and specifying the use of stereo instead of 7.1 in the settings file is mandatory. And I had no problems with the fact that the sound would quiet down and increase its volume by itself. And even now, when installing Apex from 0 and Windows from 0, I did not have any settings in the Apex file. There the value of sound_num_speakers "2" was set itself

I had this problem just that. I attached my apex settings file and file DxDiag

Have you had a chance to try starting up your PC in a Clean Boot to see if that helps at all? If there's something else running on your PC that could be affecting the game volume that might help to get around it.
