Prediction Errors Every Game

Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)?
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)?
Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Everywhere
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Anything
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Every match
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Prediction error and I lose a few seconds of frames
What should be happening instead? The game works
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure. It just happens every single game all the time.

They happen pretty much every 20 seconds with a few errors mixed in between. See the video for a better idea of whats going on.

 

Here is a long list of things I have tried:

Turning it on and off again 

Holding down the xbox button to hard reboot the console (where the Xbox screen comes up)

Holding down the xbox button to hard reboot then unplugging the thing for 2 minutes 

Factory resetting my console, both options.

Trying any and all network tests before gameplay 

Using Google and Cloud whatever (1.1.1.1) DNS servers

Clearing the Alternate MAC address + restart 

Port forwarding in my physical router settings

Power cycling the router

Replaced the Router

Replaced the ethernet cables

Had 5 ISP technicians come out to find no issue

Turning on EVERGY SAVING Startup mode (as opposed to INSTANT ON)

 

Specs: 

I have an Xbox One 500gb (the black one)

Detailed Network Statistics:

Download Speed: 800+mbps

Upload Speed: 30+mbps

Latency: 20-30ms

Packet Loss: 0%

MTU 1480

Nat Type: OPEN 

Wired Internet
