Help me understand this. So I fell 300 points short of my next promotion in GA. 300 points that I would have earned if I hadn’t been locked out of my game for 3 days. So how can you say that this issue has been resolved when people are still suffering the consequences of your mistakes? You compensated us for the 3 days offline but you haven’t compensated us for the knock on effect of these log in issues.
