@gswift1313 Oh I figured out how to get in. I’m just absolutely astounded that we got no compensation at all from this. Spending money on the game and they don’t even acknowledge their mistake in any way....?

Give them some time. I have to believe they will come up with some sort of compensation. May not be quite what we want but you never know.

Cannot log in after updated the app on IOS today.

deleted the app and re downloaded. Error downloading asset prompt coming up all the time.

Note" i didn't experience the original log in issue brought about during the week-end.

Issue started today (one hour ago): Client restart loop.

Tried reinnstalling, restart device, clear cache.

Samsung Galaxy S9 (SM-G965F)

Player ID: can send PM - dont have access to ally code without acces to game.

Region: Europe

Not tried on other device
