We need to be compensated for all that we lost but something tells me we will get 500 crystals and a sorry for the trouble post. Don’t worry they are developing a 100 $ pack to let you catch up on everything you lost out on. It will be launched slightly before the fix is in place!

3 Full days lost. At least 5 zeta materials, raid rewards for multiple HPits, 1 HAAT, 1 HSTR, GA, and a TW. Still unable to even load into the game. This happened because I paid money for your product, meanwhile FTP players continue to play fine. Can we please get an update with an actual ETA?

Today’s Client Update contains a fix for the login issue impacting a small number of players detailed here. This release will roll out over the next couple hours and you will need to update your client from the app store to receive this fix.

After fix announced, deleted app, restarted phone, downloaded from App Store. Loaded into Game! 

Still have yet to receive the crystals I bought that started the whole issue, but will see what happens.

Uninstall and then reinstall the game. Should work fine. Plus, if you brought crystals they should be there too.
