Just on my iphone
this is honestly terrible. I’ve been logged out now for 2 days and all because your support told me to reinstall the app. I tried to purchase a pack and then received error code 60 and it forced me out of the game. After reinstalling I can’t even get on now. I won’t be purchasing anything else after this, and for all the “content” we are missing, is there compensation? GAC, daily’s, arenas, GW, etc.
It’s pathetic your game is geared toward making players have to spend real money to remain relevant. With all the b.s “content” you’ve released (G13, relics, and the impossible light side geo territories) its a wonder how so many people remain in this game.

I notice still no update on this. I also received the email from Itunes confirming purchase but as yet i have not received the items.
I managed to get in on another old phone. God its slow but at least I am in i guess.
Still waiting for what I paid for and the original device to be fixed.
I am also slightly surprised that the engineer decided to close my heldpesk ticket as fixed. That tickled me.

This is honestly a crock of sh*t and I’m highly displeased by the lack of information CG has given and no timeline on a fix for this. These things should be handled in a more timely fashion..

This is based off my own experience and will vary for others but here is what I’ve missed out on if they don’t fix this problem by my reset tonight. I’ll give the basic rundown of the resources first and then why below. How do they expect to compensate us? Will we ever get to play again?
Here are the events it’s from:
Top ten finishes in HAAT and Sith Raid (Normally top 3 being liberal here)
May miss Malak event if you haven’t unlocked him
GAC Round 1 rewards and no chance at top in Kyber
3 Arena payouts top 50 150 gems
3 Ship Arena Payouts #1 400 gems
Daily rewards around 150 gems
3 days of farming Arc trooper
TW 200 Million bracket 3 zetas for win 1500 guild tokens and 500 GEC1
Sunday daily rewards 2 Zetas
