I’ve posted on the EA thread already, but going on 24 hours now. I do appreciate folks working on this, but I’m not sure what to do. This is beyond frustrating for a 3+ year player for all the missed content. Again, I appreciate folks working on this. This really sucks.

• Are you experiencing this issue on multiple devices? No only on the device where I purchased the galactic bundle and uninstalled and reinstalled. Also, apple shows a receipt for the galactic bundle but I dont show it on my other device.

Can we get an update on fixing this problem? Customer service is no help. They directed me back here and closed the case. WTF?!? We want some answers now please?

i did just try my iPad and I can log in, but I didn’t reinstall app on it like I did my iPhone under ea tech support direction.

@Jacyth Same thing It’s not fixed for me either and I’m actually pretty sad about it. It’s hard to find a good StarWars game on mobile as good as this one if there is any lol and so this is all I play and have been wanting to play it so bad. Being playing for over two years and was just starting to master my Darth Nihilus when this happened
