Purchased the 19.99 pack. Receive the error 60.0 code. Continued to get “error restart client” message. Uninstalled the app. Reinstalled app. App crashes at loading cantina page and send me back to the iPhone 10 screen l.
“Crazy thing is that once reinstalled although it is on the device and I can launch it. it doesn’t appear in my app list under General settings. Like only a shell of the app downloaded.

Crashed for me when I bought a $2 crystal pack and then was told to uninstall and reinstall and now it doesn’t get past the looking for updates screen. This has been going on for a day and a half. Logged in on another phone and it was working but still never got my crystals.

I just finished trying the "factory reset multiple times" possibility mentioned by another user earlier in this thread. I did 3 factory resets with trying the game each time, and it still force closed when "Checking for Updates" appeared on the screen. Just an FYI for any other frustrated players trying anything to get back in game. I really feel like I'm letting down my guild at this point, missing raids and possibly a TW.
