Most everyone who is experiencing this problem was because they uninstalled and reinstalled the app

I only have 1 device so unable to test if it works on another device.

I have tried wifi and cellular and both crash. 

I made a package purchase this morning and after that purchase I got error code 60. I got that error code about 10 times in a row. I tried restarting the device. It did not fix anything. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled. After reinstalling it crashes during the "checking for updates" screen. It crashes every time. I haven't had access in over 12 hours right now.

Are you experiencing this issue on multiple devices? Didn’t try another device.  Finally got this working after being locked out while trying to join GAC.   How do you plan to make up for the fact I missed GAC?

Happened after i tried to buy the $10 pack, game crashes at checking for updates, I haven’t had a chance to do the Poe event yet, how do you plan to compensate for that?
