i Tap the app as soon as it shows “checking for updates” it closes. 

when the problem arose I had just purchased the 19.99 crystal pack. Was charged and then the game said that it hit an error 60 and needed to restart. When it restarted I did not receive the crystals and I went to open another screen and it crashed. I restarted my phone then went to open and it would not load. I uninstalled the app and re installed it from App Store and same thing.

 

when this finally does get fixed will I get my crystals and will y’all be pushing Grand arena back due to your issue with the game? If no, will you be giving us the two zetas that I would normally get for makeing it to kyber? As of now I will miss the whole week first round because of this issue....

This is the only device where I play this game.

 

Bought a pack and received Error Code 60, and also Error Code 155. I looked up fixes online and it was recommended I reinstall. Just got back into this game and was making purchases to gear up for my first Grand Arena. Bad way to come back.

On my iPhone only - able to login on iPad

Problem started when I attempted to purchase a pack (it was the current pop up relic pack) - got error message 60.0

 

Now game launches and crashes on startup each time

 

Timing was horrible, too, BTW - trying to prepare for GAC lock, do daily arena's and even had a sith raid - really hope we will be adequately compensated for this

This occurred after I made a purchase of $9.99 in game which did not successfully resolve. It still says “pending” in App Store. Game was working fine before that. I have worked with support for hours today and they advised me to uninstall, restart phone, reinstall, etc. and then when that didn’t work they advised me to reset my device to factory settings. I have missed GAC as a result of this issue and am expecting some sort of make good since I.now cannot participate in my favorite game mode.
