I am having the same issue as everyone else. I can get on when I log in on my iPad.

However I ddi buy a pack this morning and the transaction went through however I did not get any of the content. I also couldnt log in to get my payouts raids or tickets in. Thankfully I had already logged into my GAC

• Are you experiencing this issue on multiple devices? No i used my friends tablet to check  and i am able to play. Still didn't receive the pack that i purchased this morning when all this started ( My Credit Card was charged ) and its because we were told to reinstall the game why we are now locked out. People spend money fill your pockets and what are we going to get ”oops sorry for the inconvenience you get to miss out on events etc. no compensation whatsoever “ like Im regretting my purchases the last month and I bet other paying players feel the same. What drives me crazy is the fact we were told to reinstall the game !!!! With out you guys testing it your self that it will fix it !!!!

are we going to get compensation for mossing payouts, gac, territory wars or he we just going to get doubly punished for spending money in the game?

as this has been going on for over 12 hours, and its an issue only paying players are suffering why did it take so long to get anyone to look at this?

was the supposed ‘roll out’ just a lie? Sorry just with the anoumt spent on this game (you can check my payment history) it is pretty awful service.

please communicate more with specifics, are the rumours true And we’ve all been perma banned for cheating for buying a pack?

from your question it sounds like the ‘small’ number of people affected will be still unable to play other the weekend either.
