Summarize your bug I have a brand new iPhone SE (A13 chip as per iPhone 11). I am comparing it side-by-side with an iPhone 7 Plus. Battles on the 7 Plus are smooth; on the SE, they judder and *. Benchmarking both devices with Geekbench and AnTuTu shows the SE is far superior, with silky smooth framerates on the SE. No other games (including things much more graphically intense) have issues. I can only conclude the issue lies with SWGOH.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy and test on an iPhone SE 2020....

AnTuTu scores: 7 Plus - 243023 (GPU: 77038), SE - 410161 (GPU 178091). All three individual tests at least 200% better on SE.
Now 13.4.1. No difference.
The slowdown in parts - ships, using GL toons - ranges from stuttery to utterly appalling (as in - 2 fps at best). Are you optimising for a different architecture here and picking up the new device as something older?
I saw terrible lag on my new iPhone SE (2020) when running challenge I on Places of Power event. The phone is straight out of the box so latest OS. I also checked benchmarks on external apps compared to my old phone (iPhone 7 - a three+ year old phone) and the new phone was twice as fast in all tests. So there is definitely something wrong in SWGOH.
3 weeks. Any news? Is there a ticket open with CG?
The performance is so bad, On more than one occasion I’ve seen two toons go at each other simultaneously. That’s not so great for a turn based game.
