Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get Plo Koons "Quelling Blow" to rank 7, and attack a target with an assortment of buffs (but not foresight). Every basic attack will remove a random buff every time. Get Plo Koons "Quelling Blow" to rank 8, and attack a target with an assortment of buffs (but not foresight). Every basic attack won't remove a buff - it becomes random.

Plo Koons "Quelling Blow" basic attack rank 8 is still bugged and isn't working as described by the ability text.
"Deal Physical damage to target enemy and dispel a random positive status effect on them, with a 50% chance to dispel all positive status effects instead. If an effect is dispelled, Plo Koon gains Defense Up for 3 turns."
As described, 100% of the time Plo Koon's basic attack should remove 1 buff, and 50% of the time it should remove all buffs from the target.
Instead, the attack only randomly removes a buff, sometimes removing no buffs or all buffs (though removing all buffs is something I've only seen a handful of times since his omega was added to the game).
