Plo Koon's basic attack does not remove buff from Nihilus in Sith Raid

Summarize your bug When attacking buffed Nihilius, Plo Koon's Quelling Blow (basic attack) should remove at least one random buff (or all) from Nihilus and then Plo Koon should get defense up buff. But many times it's not the case, all the buffs remain on Nihil BUT Plo Koon gets the defense up buff as if he removed any buffs. The RESISTED note is shown probably because Plo Koon resisted the debuff. I've created a footage video of the bug: https://youtu.be/E9VXRUuLwHU
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Please check the video, run a simple GM Yoda lead Jedi team in P1, let Nihilus steal buffs and then attack him with Plo Koon basic.

This bug is elsewhere in game! I cannt use plo koon in arena because of this. (he could compete under bastila! vs traya and Sith trooper) BUT, half the time his basic results in no effect.

All buffs are dispelled sometimes. but it is surely bugged.

I have many video clips showing but they won't upload.

Not a tough bug to find though.

Is his dispel Potency based?

I don't think the dispel is potency based. But I do seem to remember several bug reports from years ago (from the now archived bugs section of the forum) saying his dispel doesn't always work when there are multiple debuffs.
