Hi @emergeworld and thanks for the report.

If a player doesn't claim the rewards for a guild activity (TB rewards, raid rewards, etc.) before leaving the guild (or being kicked from), those rewards can't be claimed anymore. This is currently working as designed and not a bug. We are already looking into potential improvements but can't make any promise.
