How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I downloaded the new version of the game but when I clicked on the app, nothing happens! I just can’t get into the game
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play my game like normally because I’m already at level 60 and I recent spent a lot of money purchasing the Secret Agent career.

You should send in a Help Ticket If you have issues accessing your game, we have an alternative for you. - In this case, if you have it noted down, make sure to provide your Player ID when explaining your problem, will make things faster.
