Playoff reward pack did not drop

Summarize your bug I am a fairly average player. I worked my butt of to get all 192 stars in the Playoffs challenge. The Tier Reward was supposed to be either an OVR 89 T. Owens or C. Bailey. Nothing dropped. No choice was presented. No pack was awarded.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I do not know.
What happens when the bug occurs? It is a one-of to the best of my knowledge.
What do you expect to see? Hopefully you will be able to catch the glitch and award the pack.

After toiling to complete the Playoffs Solo Challenges and achieve all 192 stars the listed reward of an OVR 89 Champ Bailey or an 89 OVR Terrell Owens did not drop.

It pretty much is what it is. I put in the work to earn a reward and the reward did not drop. I get it. It happens. I hope you are able to see the error and reward the pack.  THAT would be pure awesome. Point me towards something I missed - that would be great as well.

Please reach out to our EA Help team or Live-Support team so they can pull up your account to verify completion. If they can see you completed it without receiving a reward they'll make sure you get what you've earned.
