Player stuck in inbox

Platform:PlayStation 5
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Don’t know.
What happens when the bug occurs? Player stuck in the inbox
What do you expect to see? Player should be in the collection or trade pile.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
Insert Game Mode or Feature here NHL HUT
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 23:45
What is your time zone? ECT - GMT + 1:00
What is your gamertag/PSN ID?

I had a few players in the auction house. Afterwards all but one landed on the trade pile.

One player appeared in the inbox and is stuck there.

I cannot send him to the trade pile nor the collection and I cannot auction him again.

I reset the PS5 and the internet connection and still the player is stuck there.

On reddit there is a post from 2020 where this happened too but no real solution.

 

Please fix this.

Player purchased at Auction has disappeared

I purchased a card in the auction today, it was sent to my inbox, I sent it to my collection ... and it is not there.   This is the first time it has happened to me as I make my team via playing the auction.   The coins were deducted and the player was in my inbox. 

 

It was not sent to the trade pile by mistake as it's not there.   Any advice?

@pr72shm 

If you clear out items from your collection does the item show up? I've seen this happen before where an item wouldn't show up because a player's inventory was maxed out. Can you let me know if that helps?
