Summarize your bug A new player came in our guild, was present in the member's list. But the player was unable to do anything for the guild and on his profile it was mentioned that he has no guild.

A new player came in our guild, his arrival was announced on the chat and was present in the member's list.
But the player was unable to do anything for the guild and on his profile it was mentioned that he has no guild.
He tried several reboots, the problem was still there. We tried to promote him officer, it was accepted, but the issue stayed.
After a 24h wait hoping that someone will resolve the bug, we exclude the player and he joined again.
It resolved the problem, but the player missed the territory battle
