Player downed icon bug. Anyone else seen this happen?

Summarize your bug Well, the friendly player is walking around with the downed player icon.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure how this came to be.
What happens when the bug occurs? A friendly player is walking around with an downed player icon
What should be happening instead? The player should not have this icon on him.

here we go, but i have no idea why it happened, i just saw it once.

This appears to be quite rare, do you all remember specific details on what you and the player with the icon were doing just prior to it getting stuck on them?

It was totally random.
I just spawned on a squady and this happened.
Sorry if i can't give any more info.
I haven't seen it happen ever since i posted a thread about it.
