Player able to shoot while they are downed

Where did the issue occur? In a match

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I was healing witha shield battery. Someone started shooting at me. So I reacted by jumping, canceling the heal animation, and then started shooting, all while in air. I will attach a gyfcat link.

What should be happening instead?  I should not be able to fire my gun.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? As I said before, I started the cast time on a shield battery. As I was in the cast, I started being shot at. I reacted by jumping, then canceling the heal animation, and then held down the fire button, all before landing on the ground. While I was in the air, I was also downed by the enemy. This is the gyfcat link that shows the bug happening. I believe it has something to do with how animations continue when you are downed. Ex. Pathfinder continues to grapple even when downed mid animation. I'm guessing that either the "cancel healing" or "equip weapon" animation continued while I was downed.
