Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. The first time it happened it was in one of those gaps on the roof of the long building in the Sorting Factory. The second time it was on a flight of stairs inside a building of one of the cities. The third time, when trying to reproduce the bug, it was in the firing range.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Reviving a downed squad mate.

How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Multiple

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? It seems that if there's a height difference between the player that is downed and the player that tries to revive them, the downed player is instantly revived, but becomes unable to interact with most of the environment for the duration of the game. This "zombie" state carries over even after respawn.
What should be happening instead? Downed player shouldn't be insta-revived.

It seems that if there's a height difference between the player that is down and the player that tries to revive them, the downed player is instantly revived, but becomes unable to interact with most of the environment for the duration of the game. This "zombie" state carries over even after respawn.

Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Worlds Edge, in the tunnel to the southwest of skyhook. I was on a slight hill.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? I was downed from ring damage. While still in the ring, my Pathfinder teammate attempted to res me. As he was resing me i had the Heal Wheel open and Syringes selected. The res occured almost instantly, but my character was still crouching and in "downed" position. I could fire my weapon/holster it but could not take meds or access my inventory. I could only crawl. After a few seconds, my time expired on my "downed" state and my deathbox was dropped on the ground. My teammates picked up my banner and ran to Train Yard where they res'd me. Upon being res'd i was unable to open my inventory or ping wheel. I could not interact with items and could not pick up weapons or shields. I could still punch people and use my wraith ability. All movement was normal (running, jumping, climbing).

How severe is your issue? Major, was unable to do anything but punch for the rest of the game
What happens when the bug occurs? what tugalaw1 describes is the exact same thing that occured to me.
