PlayStation - Game keeps crashing [ Edited ]

As the title states, my game keeps crashing after my first death in the new LTM Knockout. It seems to only occur upon my first death, none of the following deaths have crashed my game. I'm playing on PS4, the moment I die it crashes the game and gives me an error code. The first time it occurred I loaded back in after starting the application again and when I got put back into the game I was stuck in the spectator screen UI, but I was still alive, I just couldn't interact with my player until I restarted the game.

Update: This bug is not restricted to just the LTM, my game is crashing after every death in regular trios too.

i would like compensation for this i’ve lost so many ranked points and good games because of this

EVERY time I die and kill cam comes up it crashes me.  I've lost RP multiple times due to this and the game thinking I quit.

PLEASE ADD IN A SIMPLE OPTION TO TURN THIS OFF, IT ISNT EVEN NEEDED

Please thoroughly test updates, all of my PlayStation 5 friends including myself cannot play ranked the game crashes every single match since the update

so far I only know ps5 having the issue, any game mode it continually crashes

Its not just kill cam, its all over the game crashing right now.

@cchp In the meantime, if you would like to, you can try inviting me to a party. I'm on PC, but I hope that joining a PC player could fix the issue to where you could then play in console lobbies.

Yea it started happening at other times as well, PS5, my boys are xbox and it doesn't seem to be happening to them.
