Summarize your bug Play by Play Audio completely shuts off after skipping an in between play cut scene. Afterwards, returning to the menu shows the menu music is completely off as well. Have to completely restart the game to fix.
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Skip in between play reactions and cut scenes.
What happens when the bug occurs? Play by Play Audio no longer plays along with menu Music. Only a game restart fixes the problem.
What do you expect to see? The Play by Play Audio and menu music should not shut off unless manually turned off.

It takes away from the experience during the game. The Play By Play audio will randomly stop working. Returning to the menu doesnt fix it but shows that the menu music is completely gone as well. Only a restart fixes the problem.
