Plants Disappearing

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.72.28.1030 (the latest)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Seasons, Discover University, Get Famous, City Living, Cats and Dogs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I plant the seed, and it dissapears in the next couple of hours. Even if it's the right season.
What happens when the bug occurs? The seed completely dissapears.
What do you expect to see? My seed should grow out and be able to harvest.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
