Pixelated/Blurry Game players

Which feature / component / location in game are you experiencing issues with? While playing
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the one, in either pro am or nba season
What happens when the bug occurs? The players become distorted, delayed in movements, the alpha/numeric characters on their jersey becomes unreadable and blurry. It’s very distracting and I have not played the same since.
What should be happening instead? This problem was not occurring prior to 3 days ago
How severe is the bug? B - Major

Can you think of any setup changes that may have caused this to occur?

Are your TV and console display settings correct?

Your TV may have enhanced settings available for certain HDMI ports on your TV, are those enabled?

Have you changed which HDMI port you are using on the TV?
