Pit raid rewards gone after update restart [ Edited ]

I saved up my rewards without collecting and the rewards were gone after today's update even though they have not expire. The rewards for daily guild activities were still there but the 2 rewards for pit raid on 6/13/2016 were gone. I have a furnace full gear in the rewards and thousand over guild currency lost due to today's update. I feel so sad and wonder how frustrated for those who lost more than me feels. This is a serious bug. Please help to fix and recover my rewards. Player ID: Wo3y37C5R2GcQd4Yjf568A

It has been a week with other users reporting similar issue but there were no response at all... Seems to me that there were no developers looking at the posts... useless to post bug reports here... Wasted time to sign up for the account...
