Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Cascade? Low down area looking up at a cliff with fighting on top
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Pinging enemy

How severe is your issue? Minor impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? When I pinged an enemy fight occurring I accidentally pinged either a rocket or the sky, (believe a rocket). My game crashed instantly after creating the ping. Instantly as in no ping appeared on my screen before crash. The crash wasn't an instant close but froze and stopped responding.
What should be happening instead? No crash
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It was Bangalore's ultimate that caused it so try there?
