Photos taken by sims appear pixelated

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.90.375.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except werewolves, batuu, cool kitchen, romantic garden, Blooming rooms, carnival, decor, fashion, incheon, modern mens, moonlight chic, and throwback.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Take photo with sims phone, or camera, place photo anywhere whether its digital frames or standalone frames
What happens when the bug occurs? Photos are pixelated and poor quality no matter sims photography skill
What do you expect to see? Clear photos taken by sims placed on walls
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. after latest update 1.90.375.1020

@SmolSpriite Have you tried to use a different camera in game to take photos? The better (or more expensive) the camera the better is usually the quality of the photos no matter what your photography skill is.

Yes i've tried with all cameras. Never Did this before the update :/ last time i saw an issue with it was 2019 and it was patched.
