Phoenix cleanses not working on non-plagued allies

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Phoenix characters can not be cleansed when facing against night sisters. Although plague prevents cleansing, the team can't even cleanse when no plague is on them. They are able to cleanse against other teams, and i've checked the kits of nightsisters and they haven't been buffed.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By testing a decently geared phoenix and battle against Night sisters, and try cleansing with Kanan or Hera on non-plagued phoenix allies.

When night sisters stun phoenix allies, they can't be freed because of the bug.

Thanks for the report and all the information provided. We've now flagged this as a bug. At the moment it seems to only affect the interaction between Phoenix and Nightsisters but we will look more into it.

@StarbirdInferno2 It is not just stun that is not getting removed. I noticed that tenacity down wasn't being removed either.

How frustrating. We seem to be the only ones that have noticed or care. I rely on my pheonix team to take out nightsisters, but with this bug, my pheonix is rendered useless.

@pranic24 Can you take a video of this issue? I'd test, but my Phoenix isn't geared well enough to take on reasonably geared NS, and I don't want to lose in tw or ga just for testing purposes.

My phoenix are G13 and relics. I just need to get a recording of the footage. Then is will hopfully be sorted. I tested it out further, no debuffs are being cleansed.

@GladOS-013 I have some footage for you. every time i try to cleanse with kanan no debuffs are being cleanse. And no one has Plague.
