Pet Carrier Bug+ More Pet EP Bugs!

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have all of them!
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can find the pet carrier bug by selling or adopting a pet! But I honestly don’t know how I ran into the cituation my self! As for the other bug explained it happens when you adopt a stray or add a pet to an existing household. And the spam pet interactions just happen out of no where!
What happens when the bug occurs? When the bug occurs there is a pet carrier stuck on your lot with no adoption person! It does not allow you to save your game! Nor does it allow you to enter cas or build/buy mode! Its stuck and there’s nothing you can do about it but sob over the fact that you just lost game progress! There are a variety of other bugs for the pet ep! Like not being able to train or scold your pets that you adopted off the streets or ones you added in cas to a pre-existing family! As well as spamming interactions between you and your furry friends! Introducing the sims 4 pet ep! You will be sure to come acrossed these darn bugs with this one!
What do you expect to see? I expect this bug to be squashed and resolved! I expect pet carriers not to appear when no action was selected like in my case! I expect the adoption person to come and go as fast as possible! Just fix this as soon as possible!
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I was told by an ea support advisor to create a new topic on this bug! They said that there was only one open topic realted to my issue and that I should make a new one so the team that deals with bugs will see it and pay more attention!
