How accessible is the current experience? It's useless to me
Summarize what in the product is difficult to use. I recently bought madden 19. After 4 days of downloading and installing I can't even login because it insists on using an EA account made with an email that has been closed for nearly 3 years. I have another account but EA support is too incompetent to let me transfer accounts.
How is this making it more difficult? It is made difficult because the support team is useless and I guess I have opened too many cases to try for help again
How can we reproduce this experience? How about finding an EA account made with an expired email and only allowing them to use that one email to sign into a new game
I just want to play the game I bought with all the features I was promised. If no one can fix this then I will happily delet the game and accept a refund
