Permanent Perks Don't Stay Permanent [ Edited ]

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Vintage Glamour Stuff, Realm of Magic, Paranormal Stuff Pack, Holiday Celebration Pack, Get to Work, Cats and Dogs,
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Note: I have noticed this in other Sims games as well. You have to get all the perks that have to do with the Sim's needs. All the permanent ones plus steel bladder. My current sim that I'm having trouble with doesn't have Needs No one but she has all the others. Plus Super Green Thumb and some less expensive perks.
What happens when the bug occurs? You know how if something happens, like a bad potion reaction or a curse or something, will still take down a Sim's needs even if they have the forever ones? Well, those always fill back up. So, this is different. At a certain point, after getting so many perks like that, one to three will stop working. This time, my forever full quit working and my sim keeps getting hungry even sooner than before. I remember in Sims 3 and Sims 2 it was always the Never Sleepy or whatever it's called that would stop working.
What do you expect to see? The permanent perks will always work. Example: Forever full means the Sim will never get hungry
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

@Legendary_Hazy The steel bladder is just going down slower in Sims 4, it doesn't stop the need altogether

As for the super green thumb: As gardening is pretty bugged atm, that might just be the gardening bugs and not an issue with the trait itself.

What other traits do you have issues with ? Basically you should make a thread per trait you are having issues with.

Thanks for the reply. I had to exit the game two or three times in order for it to stop degrading. I just wanted to report it since it's been pretty common throughout all Sims games (at least for me). Thanks again.
