Period Resetting & Glitch Penalties

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Happened randomly mid game.
What happens when the bug occurs? With 9 minutes left in the 3rd period, the game suddenly cut to a center ice faceoff, with the period reset with a full 20 minutes on the clock. Also in the 1st period, the game cut to a faceoff, with my opponent receiving a tripping penalty out of nowhere.
What do you expect to see? The glitch likely cost me the game, as I was up 3-2, and my opponent tied the game late in the '2nd 3rd period', then won a shootout. Would like the overtime loss taken off my record if possible, or coins or packs.

there was no issue, the game was completed as you can see by the 3 stars etc.
