Peacekeeper Precision choke spread differs with sights you use?

What happens when the bug occurs? Is it intentional that the Precision choke on Peacekeeper reduces spread more when you are using iron sights, than it does when you use the golden Digital Thread?
What should be happening instead? It should reduce the spread in the same way.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Testing in firing range.

Go to Firing range, pick up the Peacekeeper and Digital thread.
Come to a dummy and aim with iron sights.
Set it up so that the choke circle sits right on the dummy's head.
Then withouth moving equip the digital thread and aim again.
You will see that the spread on full charge is almost double now.

Is this intentional?

@CekCro I think so, the iron sights doesn't give as much "aiming room". You are right, the sight size does basically double. I guess just the size of the optic. If you use red-dot, it's almost identical to the iron sights. I can't remember the name of the certain optic I'm taking about, but it's a blue rare optic, that is a far range optic that when you use on a choke, you can basically hit someone form 150 meters away. If that gives you and idea. Does that make sense? I can explain it into more detail if you need me to

Well it is logical that the stronger optics you use the spread circle should look wider.
But on digital x1 it should be same as on HCOG x1 or HOLO x1.
On digital x1 its double that of an HCOG x1 even though they are the same zoom.
