Patty Cakes and challenger at normal gameplay - cannot interact with them!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? There are occasional times when you can see a challenger and/or Patty Cakes appear in a community venue other than the Parkside. This can happen at any time, even when there isn’t an active STS. You cannot interact with both of them, and this is a huge issue if they show up as the person to interact with for a risky action. It would be much better if you could interact with them and build relationships when a STS challenge isn’t being played, as if they were townies. Only Patty Cakes wouldn’t be allowed to get a makeover, and none of them would become elderly. In the meantime, all challengers have their full name as their first name (e.g, Oliver de Leche has his full name as his first name). This should also be fixed so that the name is divided into first and last names.
What do you expect to see? The ability to be able to interact with every challenger (Frankie, Kid, Aiden, Mads, Oliver and) and Patty Cakes so that events work when they show up, and that you can start relationships with them.
