Missing Omega Point Pathfinder skin from Twitch Prime

I had picked up the free Twitch Prime Pathfinder skin, Omega Point. After a few days into Season 1, I had taken a fairly long break. After coming back to the game on about August 10th, I had noticed my Omega Point skin was missing. I do not know why this bug occurred or what I had done to get this skin removed.

Having the same issue, Omega Point skin for pathfinder is gone for a long time. EA support will tell you to contact Twitch support, Twitch support will tell you to contact Amazon support, and Amazon support will tell you contact EA support again, this problem will never be solved. I tried to unlink and relink as well, nothing change.

I think it was a mistake to classify ,this skin had be remove from using startup code bug player several days ago.(attached apexlegends.jpg)

I claimed the skin through the Twitch Prime promotion with a Twitch Prime account,I have linked with EA account too.
Current event is functional,I got skin.(attached skin2.jpg)

Please help reclaim that skin,thx

What happens when the bug occurs? Loss of Pathfinder Twitch Prime Skin. Logged in after the Season 2 Update and my Twitch Prime skin was gone. I know recently they said that the issue was resolved for the most part, but I haven't gotten my skin back. It was tied to my old Twitch account that I had prime with, but now I use a different account (I got locked out of the old one) but my understanding was that it would never disappear.
What should be happening instead? Twitch Prime Pathfinder skin present

Hi,
I took a break after the season 1 event and this solo event interested me so I booted the game back up only to realize while getting reacquainted with my loadouts that my Omega Point skin has been removed. A google search let me know that there was a patch in June to remove the skin users acquired via an exploit. I have been an amazon prime subscriber for years and even have the other twitch prime skins. I believe my skin was removed by mistake.
